At SmartaStrata we understand that time is money. Fast Track is a highly integrated process that has been developed by our team of professionals to reduce the time taken to get from your first appointment with your Design Consultant through to the handover of your keys on completion of construction. At your initial consultation at our office in Osborne Park, your Design Consultant will take a brief, based on your requirements, and discuss options and considerations with you. Fast Track will be explained in detail and you will be given an opportunity to select the platform that best suits your development circumstances. By the conclusion of your initial consultation you will feel confident that you are in a position to make informed decisions. You will also feel satisfied knowing that SmartaStrata is a partner you can have trust in. Prior to meeting we suggest you consider the following:
  • Who am I developing for? For me to live in or for me to rent out? Or to on-sell? Who are my target buyers? This will help determine the correct home design.
  • Single or Double Storey?
  • Is having a bigger backyard important?
  • What is the R Code zoning for my block? (call Council and ask)
